OUR CANCELLATION TERMS
In order to offer you greater flexibility and freedom in planning your holidays, all bookings for the Season 2025, regardless of the number of days booked, can be modified or cancelled without additional costs up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations made after this deadline up to 14 days before arrival guarantee the full recovery of the deposit sent, via a voucher valid for one year (period calculated from the day of cancellation), which can be used for another holiday at the Hotel Nevada or Casa Bonita.
Cancellations made within the last 14 days before arrival will unfortunately result in the loss of the deposit.
